PH Praia always seeks to maintain a good relationship with its customers through respect and transparency, and to this end we accept the return of your purchase, with the guarantee of your refund.

 

The deadline for making a return is 7 calendar days after receiving the order, whether the reason for the return is regret, withdrawal, defect, size change, dissatisfaction or any other reason.

 

In order for your return to be effective, it is necessary to send the product.

 

You will receive a paid shipping label to post your merchandise back.

 

After receiving the product, which must be in perfect condition, the exchange or return of the same will be effective.

 

Returned products must be in their original packaging, with intact labels and seals and without signs of use. If the products come with accessories, these must also be returned;

 

We will not accept the return of products that have been used or damaged;

 

PH Praia will analyze the condition of the returned product and if it does not meet the rules mentioned above, the online store will not accept the return.

 

The refund method, in cases of return, will be through a refund of the payment method used. If the payment was made by bank slip, the refunded amount will be available in the Yapay account (the same account used to make the purchase).

 

There is no cost for the first exchange or return.
